While the tablet, which I bought two months ago to use on a trip, seemed amazing, sturdy, and reliable, as soon as I did the available software upgrade, it started rebooting on its own and getting stuck on the logo screen. And while, as I read in the relevant forums, it has been known for months by the company that the upgrade creates a problem, they continue to distribute it. And even though I explained the problem to customer support and that they need to find me a solution that will keep my files, they just sent me some flush tools and told me to use them after backing up my files. Totally random, basically. And of course, no one knows how vulnerable it is to attacks if its software is never upgraded. These are not problems that a brand new tablet, which costs as much as a very decent laptop, should have.
