Topical Use: 

Apply a small amount of the cream to various parts of the body, such as the neck, nape, back, chest, etc., several times a day.

Inhalation Use for Adults:

• Dissolve a teaspoon of the product in a container with hot water.
• Take deep breaths over the container, placing a towel over your head in such a way that it covers both your head and the container, in order to inhale all the essential oils released from the hot solution.
