I also bought the bar because of the reviews and unfortunately, I was disappointed. Bad taste (apple pie, at least the one I tried). It has an oily texture, it leaves a taste in your mouth as if you took the powder from the same company, shaped it yourself, threw in some chocolate-nut pieces, and that's it.. I was completely satisfied with their other products. This should be added to the practical point that the friend below mentions about the fats..

The only positive thing about it is that it keeps you full for at least three hours, although it causes bloating. Plus, it has nice packaging.

I am not a chemical analyst, nor a coach, nor a successful bodybuilder. Anyone who wants to can try it to see for themselves what is right. I am posting my review here as I would tell it to a friend.

1) Taste is mediocre to bad
2) Texture is mediocre to bad
3) From the first bite, it gives you a feeling of oil in your mouth
4) The worst part is that it has 15% fat, of which 8% is saturated!

Πολύ αξιόλογη μπάρα με πολύ υψηλή περιεκτικότητα (40%)! Δεν είναι ιδιαίτερα γλυκιά ενώ δεν δημιουργεί προβλήματα σε δυσανεκτικούς! Τιμή έτσι κι έτσι.

Πολύ καλή μπάρα, νόστιμη και χορταστική. Είναι εύκολη λύση, ιδιαίτερα μετά το γυμναστήριο ή εάν βρίσκομαι εκτός και δε θέλω να φάω κάτι πρόχειρο. Το γεγονός ότι έχει λίγες θερμίδες, την καθιστά ένα εύκολο και υγειινό σνακ.

Διατροφικά στοιχεία καλά και απουσία ασπαρτάμης, ΑΛΛΑ απο γεύση πολύ κακή (Δοκίμασα την πολυσυσκευασία με mix γεύσεων)
