Gratallops is a strict selection of vineyards originating from the same village in the Gratallops region. It is a wine based on the Garnacha variety, also containing about 13% Carignena and 2% white varieties, such as Garnacha Blanca, Macabeo, and Pedro Ximenez. The vines are quite old, with some plots having been planted during the Second World War, while the production per hectare is less than 200 bottles. This particular wine is a unique Priorato and can age for two decades.
