It is naturally carbonated, and fermentation provides live probiotic cultures, as the drink remains unpasteurized and unfiltered. Turmeric and ginger give it a warm, mildly spicy flavor.

It is organic and vegan, with no sugar, gluten, lactose or alcohol. Serve chilled at any time of day. The unopened bottle can be stored unrefrigerated for up to 18 months; once opened, keep refrigerated and consume the same day. Natural carbonation may create pressure, so open carefully.
