The Aquaphor APRO 150 commercial reverse osmosis water filter produces a nominal 150 L of purified water per hour and reduces dissolved salts, including hardness salts, by up to 95%. It uses one 4″ × 21″ reverse osmosis membrane and accepts feed water with a TDS of up to 2,000 mg/L. Automatic reject flow adjustment enables purified water recovery of 75–99%, depending on feed water quality.

The system operates automatically and features a controller with a color LCD screen, which connects via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to the APRO Monitor app for Android. It also supports connection to an automation system via Modbus (RS485). Pre-filtration is performed by a carbon block filter in an Aquaphor Gross housing.
