I haven't had it for long, but it is quite stable and sturdy. It has 5 sisal spots, and the levels are not too far apart, which is ideal for my cat who can't see but wants to be Tarzan. It assembles easily, maybe a little time-consuming because it has quite a few parts. The time it took me to assemble it, it took me the same amount of time to adjust the ideal height because the "socks" it has at the top get in the way of screwing it in properly. The base is 50x50, and not 30x30 as the description says. For 60 euros it's top!
