I got it because I have issues with my skin and hair (for different reasons each) and it left me fully satisfied. I saw a big difference mainly in my skin. The taste is very pleasant, I drink it every night with ice instead of juice or carbonated drinks. It just needs a good mix but that's understandable due to the generous dose of collagen it provides.
