Sigmafast 20 is an anti-rust paint, suitable for rust flakes, with a capacity of 1 liter in the RAL 9003 shade. The paint is of professional quality, fast-drying, and has a thick layer, made with a modified alkyd resin base and colored with zinc phosphate.

Main advantages of the paint:

• Excellent adhesion even on rust
• Excellent resistance to corrosion and water penetration
• Suitable for the protection of welds
• Can be recoated with most alkyd, chlorinated rubber, vinyl, epoxy, and polyurethane paints

For lasting protection, the surface should be scraped, washed, and degreased with Solid Cleaner 05 before painting.

• Touch dry time: 15 minutes
• Application of second coat at 20°C: After 45 minutes
• Solid content: 55%
• Recommended film thickness: 50-80 μm
• Spread rate at 50 μm: 11 m²/L
