Wheel repair and painting kit. The complete kit includes quality products and is intended for repairing, renovating, and painting wheels. Category type: Car Repair Items. The kit is DIY type and can be used by anyone who follows the enclosed instructions.

The kit contains:

• 2 x 400 ml Champion paint spray
• 1 x 500 ml Champion clear varnish spray
• 1 x special filler for aluminum wheels
• 1 x set of disposable gloves
• 1 x set of sandpapers with various grits for surface correction before and after applying the filler
• 1 x roll of adhesive tape for protecting the tire edge

Note: The wheel shown in the image is for demonstration purposes only and is not included in the package.

Application instructions:

1. Thoroughly clean the wheels to remove dust or grease.
2. Smooth the wheel dents to repair them and create a rough surface for the filler to adhere to.
3. Clean again or blow off the metal debris resulting from sanding.
4. Apply adhesive tape around the wheel, on the tire surface, to protect it from paint vapors.
5. Apply the filler to the wheel dents using a spatula, stick, or fingers (use the gloves included in the kit) to fill the dents or cracks.
6. After about 10 minutes, when the filler hardens, sand the surface with fine-grit sandpaper.
7. If the filler did not cover all dents, repeat the process as many times as necessary until all holes are filled.
8. After sanding with the corrective sandpaper, finish with progressively finer sandpapers to prepare the surface for painting.
9. If you want to paint the entire wheel, not just the repaired areas, prepare the entire wheel surface with fine sandpaper.
10. Clean the wheel surface from any sanding residues.
11. Shake the paint spray for about 2 minutes to homogenize and apply it to the wheel with smooth, symmetrical movements.
12. After 10-20 minutes of drying, apply the next layer of paint. It is recommended to apply 2-3 layers for optimal coverage.
13. Finally, after applying the paint layers and drying, apply the varnish layer in the same way as the paint layers.
14. For a high-gloss finish, apply multiple layers of varnish with drying intervals between applications. Is applying varnish optional? In some cases, the paint surface is shiny enough even without applying the clear varnish.
