Complete rim repair and painting kit. This is a full kit for repairing, renovating, and painting rims with quality products from AVEX.ro. The kit is DIY type and can be used by anyone following the included instructions.

The kit includes:

• 4 x 400 ml Champion spray varnish
• 1 x 500 ml Champion clear spray varnish
• 1 x special filler for aluminum rims
• 1 x set of disposable gloves
• 1 x set of sandpapers with different grit sizes for surface correction before and after applying the filler
• 1 x roll of masking tape for the perimeter protection of the rim

Note: The rim shown in the image is for presentation purposes only and is not included in the package.

Application instructions:

1. Thoroughly clean the rims to remove dust and grease.
2. Smooth the rim recesses to repair them and create a rough surface for filler adhesion.
3. Clean again or blow off to remove any metal fragments.
4. Apply masking tape around the rim for protection from paint fumes.
5. Apply the filler to the rim recesses using a spatula, stick, or fingers (using the provided gloves) to fill the recesses or cracks.
6. After about 10 minutes, when the filler hardens, smooth the surface with fine-grit sandpaper.
7. If the filler does not cover all recesses, repeat the process as needed until all gaps are filled.
8. After smoothing with correction sandpaper, finish with progressively finer grit sandpaper to prepare the surface for painting.
9. If you want to paint the entire rim and not just the recesses, prepare the rim surface with fine sandpaper.
10. Clean the rim surface from sanding residues.
11. Shake the spray varnish for about 2 minutes for a uniform mixture and apply to the rim with smooth, even movements.
12. After drying for about 10-20 minutes, apply the next paint layer. It is recommended to apply 2-3 layers for optimal coverage.
13. Finally, after applying the paint layers and drying, apply the varnish layer in the same way as the paint layers.
14. For a high-gloss finish, apply multiple layers of varnish with drying pauses between applications.

The application of varnish is optional. In some cases, the painted surface is glossy enough without applying the clear varnish.
