Complete rim repair and painting kit. The kit includes high-quality products from AVEX.ro for the repair, renovation, and painting of rims. It is DIY type and can be used by anyone who follows the included instructions. The kit includes:

• 2 x 400 ml Champion paint spray
• 1 x 500 ml Champion clear oil spray
• 1 x special filler for aluminum rims
• 1 x set of disposable gloves
• 1 x set of sandpapers with different grit levels for surface correction before and after applying the filler
• 1 x roll of masking tape to protect the edge of the tires

Note: The rim shown in the image is for presentation purposes only and is not included in the package.

Application instructions:

1. Clean the rims thoroughly to remove dust or grease.
2. Sand down the dents on the rim to repair them and create a rough surface for the filler to adhere to.
3. Clean again or blow off the metal residues from the sanding.
4. Apply masking tape around the rim, on the tire, to protect it from the paint fumes.
5. Apply the filler to the dents on the rim using a spatula, stick, or fingers (use the gloves included in the kit) to fill the dents or cracks.
6. After about 10 minutes, once the filler hardens, smooth the surface with fine grit sandpaper.
7. If the filler did not cover all dents, repeat the process as many times as needed until all gaps are filled.
8. After sanding with the corrective sandpaper, finish with progressively finer sandpapers to prepare the surface for painting.
9. If you want to paint the entire rim, not just the dents, prepare the entire rim surface with fine sandpaper.
10. Clean the rim surface from any sanding residues.
11. Shake the paint spray for about 2 minutes for homogenization and apply it on the rim with smooth, even strokes.
12. After 10-20 minutes of drying, apply the next paint layer. It is recommended to apply 2-3 layers for optimal coverage.
13. Finally, after applying the paint layers and drying, apply the clear coat in the same way as the paint layers.
14. For a high gloss finish, apply multiple layers of oil with drying intervals between applications. The application of the oil is optional; in some cases, the painted surface is glossy enough even without the clear oil application.

This process will help you effectively enhance the appearance of your rims.
