Sigmafast 205 epoxy paint for concrete and metal color - RAL 9003. Available in 1-liter cans, produced from the original 20-liter container.

It is a two-component, epoxy paint with a high solids content.

Concrete painting instructions:

First coat: The first coat is Sigmafast 205 paint with Solid Thinner 92 solvent.

Mix ratios per preparation for an area of approximately 10m²:

• BASE – 1 liter
• HARDENER – 0.330 liters
• Solvent – 0.4 liters

Second coat: Only Sigmafast 205 is applied in subsequent coats. The base and hardener are mixed at a ratio of 3:1.

1 liter of base to 0.330 liters of hardener.

Note: Paint coverage depends on the absorbency of the concrete and coating thickness.

One package is sufficient to paint up to 3m² with a thickness of 200 microns.

Technical data:

• Touch dry: 3 hours
• Second coat application at 20°C: After 4 hours
• Solid content: 70%
• Gloss: Semi-glossy
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92
• Full curing: 3 days

The paint is available only in colors indicated in the RAL and NCS color charts. The colors shown in the color chart are indicative and may slightly differ from actual colors due to screen color calibration.

The product is painted according to the customer's color order and is non-returnable.

In enclosed and poorly ventilated areas, the use of a mask is recommended due to the volatile solvent odors.
