Sigmafast 205 epoxy paint overlay for painting concrete and metal surfaces - RAL 3020
The paint is available in 1-liter packages and is packaged in replaceable bags from the original 20-liter container.
Two-component, high solids content epoxy paint.

Concrete painting instructions:
First coat: The first coat is the Sigmafast 205 paint with Solid Thinner 92 solvent.
Ratios per primer for an area of approximately 10m²:
- BASE - 1 liter
- HARDENER - 0.330 liters
- Solvent - 0.4 liters
Second coat: Only Sigmafast 205 is applied in subsequent coats. The base and hardener must be mixed in a 3:1 ratio.
- 1 liter BASE per 0.330 liters HARDENER
Note: The paint’s coverage depends on the absorbency of the concrete and the thickness of the protection.
The packaging is sufficient to paint up to 3m² of finished floor with a thickness of 200 microns.
To achieve the desired effect, scatter decorative flakes on the fresh coating and wait 8 hours. Then protect the surface with Sigmadur Clearcoat polyurethane resin.
Technical data:
- Touch dry time: 3 hours
- Second coat application at 20°C: After 4 hours
- Solid content: 70%
- Gloss: Semi-gloss
- Recommended thinner: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92
- Full cure time: 3 days

The product is painted according to the customer's order and is non-returnable.
Use of a mask is recommended in enclosed and poorly ventilated areas due to the volatile odor of the solvent. Use of a mask with ABE1P3 filters is advised.
