The Yealink RoomPanel E2 displays room availability and allows users to book a meeting room or confirm their presence. The multi-touch screen features an anti-fingerprint coating, while RGB light bars on both sides show the room’s status. Ambient light and proximity sensors automatically adjust screen brightness and wake the display when someone approaches.

The device supports Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms, connects via Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.0, and includes an NFC/RFID reader. It has two microphones and 2 × 1 W speakers, supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) or DC power, and can be managed remotely via the Yealink Management Cloud Server.
