Fila Holdings Corp. is a South Korean sportswear brand with Italian roots. It was founded in 1911 in Coggiola, near Biella, Italy by Ettore and Giansevero Fila. Initially, the company manufactured clothing for the inhabitants of the Italian Alps, mainly underwear.

In the 1970s, Fila switched to sportswear and became more popular through collaboration with tennis player Björn Borg. In 1991, the company focused more on footwear in the USA, supported by famous athletes. In 2003, Fila was sold to Cerberus Capital Management.

In January 2007, the brand and all its international subsidiaries were acquired by Fila Korea. In October 2019, the South Korean boyband BTS became the global ambassador of Fila, boosting the brand's popularity worldwide.
