The tube is made of semi-rigid Non-phthalate PVC, eco-friendly PVC free of phthalates. The partial rigidity of this tube prevents unpleasant vibrations during surfacing and prevents the reduction of the cross-section for air passage under the pressure of the mask strap. Its elasticity and ability to return to its original shape, even after prolonged or multiple days of deformation, is due to the presence of spiral folds at the lower part of the tube. This reduces noise in case of impact with rocks and allows the snorkel to bend easily if stuck, enabling ice fishing.
