The bond of the Cielo family with the land began in 1908 in the countryside of Vicenza, where great-grandfather Giovanni had purchased a small farm with a vineyard. Grandfather Pietro continued to run the company with passionate enthusiasm and social commitment. In the 1960s, the third generation, Giovanni, Renzo, and Piergiorgio, built the new winery, a combination of tradition and innovative research with remarkable expansion at the national level.
Pinot Grigio Rose Blush is an elegant single-varietal wine produced from the Pinot Gris grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. There, they are carefully selected and pressed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Pinot Grigio Rose Blush continues to mature on fine lees for several months.
