    If you exclude some differences regarding the dimensions shown in the diagram, otherwise you will definitely get your workout done. Regarding the dimensions, I am referring to the seat and specifically part A, which in the diagram appears to be 400*280mm, while in reality it is 330*230mm. I measured it, because I mainly bought this bench to do bicep curls. Too bad.

    Three months later, the incorrect information regarding the dimensions remains as information.
