Users are generally very satisfied, particularly praising its quiet operation and solid, sturdy construction. They also mention that it’s easy to clean and that some pets take to it right away. It has water-level indicators and pump protection, though the reservoir is mostly plastic, can develop limescale, and not all pets will drink from it.
It seems well made and operates completely silently. It is relatively easy to clean. 4 stars because I would prefer the cable to detach from the pump, rather than having to carry the whole thing together. Time will tell how durable it is.
The only thing that concerned me from the start is that the container is plastic and this is not clarified in the specifications. Only the lid and the tap are metal. However, it has full protection for the pump with an external cover, a pre-filter on top of the pump, a double filter on the lid, a water level indicator that changes the light from blue to red when it needs a refill so the pump doesn't burn out, and automatic shut-off for the same reason when the container is completely out of water. Very important is that the pump is also silent. My kittens loved it immediately!!
It seems very good and sturdy construction, completely silent. However, my cat refuses to drink water from it ((( Mysterious
Very good, it gets limescale easily, though that’s to be expected, and it’s easy to clean. Quiet.
