Domaine Gueissard was born from a passion for the art of winemaking and from its determination to produce only the finest wines from the Côtes de Provence and Bandol regions. Pauline and Clément, experts in the local vineyard and soil, have studied at oenology schools and trained in New Zealand and Australia before returning to Provence, where they worked in renowned estates.
The goal is organic viticulture, although currently the approach is sustainable, with the conversion of the vineyards to organic farming. The low yields aim to cultivate the delicate palette and aromas of Provence in all their wines. Their philosophy is based on traditional expertise combined with modern techniques.
