    For me, being 56, a long-time smoker with quite problematic skin, it gave me a good lift and I feel my face is very firm, of course with diet, plenty of water, and 2 hours of exercise a day, but generally, as I know my face, it would have done me good anyway even without all that! The only negative is that I have the feeling it runs out faster than other creams!! Other than that, it delivers what it promises
