I can’t know the results, because I think they can only be proven through laboratory tests. However, it’s tasty and dissolves easily.
Stay away!! As soon as I read the amino acid table on the back of the protein, it was already too late. They have put almost 20 grams of glycine in the serving to boost the protein grams, which is a useless amino acid for building mass, and instead it is the poorest protein I have seen in BCAA, which are the most essential amino acids for building muscle mass. As soon as I drank it, it upset my stomach. We’re talking about wasted money, a huge SCAM.
Unfortunately, a scam. If you look closely at the amino acid profile, it has a very low amount of BCAAs and they have enriched it with glycine so that the protein content goes up. Unacceptable for an isolate to have such low BCAA percentages per 100 grams.
For me it is very sweet, I don't say this as a negative because it is a personal opinion as I don't like very sweet flavors, otherwise as with the other proteins I have tried I don't notice any differences
nice protein, very digestible, very good for the stomach, just needs less water than you use in other proteins because it becomes very watery in taste, I guess it doesn't have many sweeteners inside

For my personal taste, it’s very sweet! I drank it diluted with water after my workout!
