• Cleaning: Hand wash the cast iron dish using a small amount of soap. If necessary, use a scraper to remove stuck-on food. For stubborn stains, simmer a little water for 3-5 minutes and then use the scraper once the pan has cooled down.
• Dry: Immediately and carefully dry with a lint-free cloth or paper towel. Any black residue on the cloth is normal and related to the seasoning.
• Oiling: Apply a thin layer of cooking oil or seasoning spray to the surface of the cookware. Use a paper towel to wipe the surface until no residue remains.
