Cast Iron Pans made from cast iron combine durability and excellent thermal conductivity, making them ideal for cooking a variety of dishes.
- Cleaning: Wash the cast iron cookware by hand with a small amount of soap. For stuck-on food, use a scraper. For stubborn stains, simmer a little water for 3-5 minutes, then use a scraper once the pan has cooled.
- Drying: Dry immediately and carefully with a lint-free cloth or paper towel. The black residue on the towel is normal and comes from the seasoning process.
- Oil: Apply a thin layer of cooking oil or seasoning spray to the surface of the cookware. Use a paper towel to wipe the surface until no oil residue remains.
