This jar is part of the Quattro Stagioni series, a symbol of vacuum food preservation for more than 40 years.

It is easy to fill and wash, ideal for storing:

  • jams
  • sauces
  • pickles
  • fruits in syrup

It can be used for preparing healthy recipes with the bain-marie cooking method. For each new preparation, it is recommended to use a new lid to ensure the vacuum sealing process.

The jar is suitable for use in the microwave oven, taking care not to exceed a temperature difference of 42°C, as large temperature changes can cause the container to break. Do not use the jar in a conventional oven or on electric/induction cooktops.

The jar is dishwasher safe, while the lid should be hand washed without detergents.
