Recipe:
Powder for flowers and figures. For the CMC recipe, add 1 large teaspoon of CMC (about 9g) to 500g of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 full teaspoon of glucose, dissolve in warm water (60 ml) and mix in a mixer. The dough becomes elastic and you can create beautiful flowers.
