    It is not suitable for transferring 3D 1080p frame packing image to a projector! It was tested on two different projectors and with two different machines and the results were the same! On the contrary, a 4 euro adapter worked, which unfortunately we cannot find another one exactly the same!

So, in order to connect a QHD monitor to this card, which had an HDMI port, I purchased this adapter along with a good HDMI cable and that's how I got the job done. Please note that in the above case, an active adapter is needed (like this one). The port on my card, as far as I know, was display port 1.1, so this specific adapter is likely to be backwards compatible.
