Unacceptable company. We bought 2 rugs last year, 160*230 puffy collection. The house was filled with hairs as if we had a pet and we didn't know where they were coming from at first. In the end, we realized it was from the rugs. One of them shed a lot and the other one a little. We had them washed according to the instructions. This year, we laid them out again and the problem continued. We took them back to the store where we bought them. The manager saw them and the one with the biggest issue was sent for inspection at the factory. Of course, they didn't acknowledge any responsibility and blamed the cleaning process. They definitely lost a customer. If they were a proper company, since, as they claimed, this has never happened to them before, they should have proceeded with a replacement, considering that the cost of replacing just one rug for a factory is minimal. I'm sorry.
Απαράδεχτη εταιρεία. Αγοράσαμε πέρυσι 2 χαλια 160*230 puffy collection. Το σπίτι είχε γεμίσει τρίχες σαν να εχουμε ζώο και δεν ξέραμε απο που ειναι στην αρχή. Στο τέλος είδαμε οτι ειναι απο τα χαλια. Το ενα μαδούσε παρα πολυ και το αλλο λιγο. Τα πήγαμε για πλύσιμο σύμφωνα με τις οδηγιες. Φέτος τα ξανάστρώσαμε και συνεχίστηκε το προβλημα. Τα πήγαμε πιςω στο κατάστημα που τα αγοράσαμε. Τα είδε ο υπεύθυνος και το ενα με το μεγαλύτερο προβλημα στάλθηκε για έλεγχο στο εργοστάσιο. Φυςικα δεν αναγνώρισαν μέρος της ευθύνης τους και τα έριξαν στο καθαριστήριο. Έχασαν ενα πελάτη σιγουρα. Αν ηταν σωστή εταιρεία, αφού όπως υποστήριξαν δεν τους εχει ξανασυμβεί θα έπρεπε να προχωρήσουν σε αντικατάσταση αυτού λαμβάνοντας υπόψη οτι το κόστος αντικατάστασης ενός και μονο χαλιού για ενα εργοστάσιο ειναι μηδαμινό. Λυπάμαι.

Underneath it has latex and doesn't slip on the floor! Another one I had without latex didn't stay in place on the floor and now I have it as a decoration on the armchair.

Από κάτω έχει λάτεξ και δεν γλιστράει στο πάτωμα! Ενα άλλο που είχα χωρίς λάτεξ δεν στεκόταν στο πάτωμα και πλέον το έχω βάλει διακοσμητικό στην πολυθρόνα.
