The De Buyer FORATA ALLUMI baking tray is a perforated aluminium tray with a micro-perforated surface that helps hot air circulate evenly for more uniform baking. Its flat design without a raised rim makes full use of the baking surface and allows baking paper or a silicone mat to lie flat. It is suitable for tarts, biscuits, viennoiserie and delicate baked goods, and can also be used as a base for pastry rings and frames in hot or cold preparations.

Aluminium offers good thermal conductivity and is lightweight. For best results, use baking paper or a silicone mat, and do not heat the tray empty. Dishwasher-safe or hand-wash with a non-abrasive sponge.
