Its formula contains 25% conditioning agents and lipids, while providing up to 66% more shine compared with undyed hair.
Welloxon Perfect is used for mixing. The mixing ratio is 1:1 for the main range and 1:2 for Special Blonde shades. For 3 levels of lift, use Welloxon Perfect 12%; for 2 levels of lift, use 9%; and for 1 level of lift or gray coverage at the same level or a darker shade, use 6%. For Special Blonde shades, use Welloxon Perfect 9% or 12% at a 1:2 ratio.
