Hello. If you're buying it from the Skroutz cart, you have the EU mandatory 2-year warranty no matter what, since Skroutz applies it to all its partner shops. Also, the Skroutz cart option will help you make sure that the product is official. Worse case scenario (<1% of happening) the shop can get banned and you get your money back for the fake/unofficial product you got. It has never happened to me here in Greece. If the phone does not say anywhere used/refurbished then you are looking at a brand new phone. It will be sealed and everything like Apple does to its products.
