The Topstitch needle features an exceptionally long eye: it is 2 millimeters in length for all needle sizes. This means that even 2 or 3 threads can easily pass through the eye and be handled without breaking. Multiple threads of a single color can be used to highlight a seam with embroidery, for example, while a decorative effect can be achieved with threads of different colors.
