    Unfortunately, for the first time we are so disappointed with a filter, and not even a cheap one. After three months of household use, the filter starts to smell and tastes like chlorine! Chlorine is the only thing that the filters definitely retain, apart from small particles. The cheapest filter from €10-12 and up retains chlorine for a year, let alone for three months. Also, it is 5 μm in retention which seems negligible, but in practice it might not be, since the water pressure is as if there is no filter barrier at all.
