hello, I ordered size 38, which according to the guide on the product page is 24.5 cm, but received the sneakers in size 38 and the label saying the length is 23.5. can you tell me the length of size 38.5, 39 and 39.5 as it is listed on the shoe label so i can reorder the right size for me?
