    It does not have a built-in buzzer, which I did not expect for its price, and I cannot find Epson's external buzzer. Therefore, I do not recommend this model for a restaurant environment. Also, I had a lot of trouble with the drivers because I was downloading the drivers for the TM-T20IV, while I actually needed to download those for the TM-T20IV (Europe/the Middle East/Africa).
