The AO4412 uses advanced trench technology to provide exceptional RDS(ON) and ultra low gate charge, suitable for use as a high-side quick switch. The sources are isolated to allow a Kelvin connection to the source, which can be used to bypass the inductance of the source. The AO4412 product is lead-free (complies with ROHS and Sony 259 standards). The AO4412L is a Green product order option. Both AO4412 and AO4412L are electrically identical.
