It takes a little experimentation to get a good crema, and it takes quite a while, but the coffee tastes very good (especially if you’ve bought a good variety) and fills the whole house with a wonderful aroma.

Smart idea with the modified valve to produce better crema, however in practice it doesn't work. The crema lasts only while it is in the coffee maker. As soon as you serve it in the cup, it has disappeared. Otherwise, nice strong coffee with body and aroma, but it is not worth paying 64€ since the same simple line does just as well at 24 euros!
