    They are very nice but they are low volume shoes, meaning the upper fabric is narrow in height, not in width, especially at the front of the foot where the laces end, less so at the toes. Apart from that they are very good, soft and bouncy. As for sizing, I recommend foot_size+1.5cm; +1cm is generally okay, but for this I recommend 1.5cm. Now runrepeat has it for more details, the low volume is visible in the toebox height.
