- Place your foot on a sheet of paper and trace the outline of your heel and toes with a marker.
- Measure the distance between the two furthest points (from the heel to the tip of the longest toe).
- Add 0.5–0.7 cm to the measured length, as feet tend to swell during use, especially on long rides.
- Compare the resulting length with the chart and choose the appropriate size.
For example: If your foot length is 27.0 cm, add 0.5–0.7 cm → 27.5–27.7 cm. Check the chart: for this length, the appropriate size is EU 42.
Note: If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size for more comfort.
