Cleaning instructions: Keep all brushes together and wet only the bristles, being careful not to wet the ferrule and the wood, with the bristles facing downwards. Once the bristles are thoroughly wet, apply a small amount of special cleaner or gentle shampoo to the bristles of each brush. Create foam by gently rubbing each brush in your hand or on a special tool (glove) and make sure all bristles are cleaned. You can also use your fingers for a more detailed cleaning. With the brushes “facing” down again, rinse the soap off with lukewarm water until all traces of soap are gone. Dry the brushes on a towel. Never leave your brushes wet as moisture damages them.
