Cleaning instructions: Keep all brushes together and wet only the bristles, being careful not to wet the ferrule and the wood, with the bristles facing downward. Once the bristles are well wet, apply a small amount (a drop) of special cleanser or mild shampoo to the bristles of each brush. Create foam by gently rubbing each brush by hand or on a special tool (glove) and make sure all the bristles are cleaned. You can also use your fingers for a more detailed cleaning. With the brushes facing downward again, rinse the soap off the brushes with lukewarm water. Continue until all soap residue is gone. Dry the brushes on a towel. Never leave your brushes wet as moisture damages them.
