The Instant Pot Vortex Dual air fryer cooks with hot air in two separate baskets, which can operate simultaneously or independently. The Sync function allows both programs to finish at the same time, so the food is ready together. EvenCrisp™ technology combines a crispy exterior with a juicy interior, using little or no oil.

It features six cooking programs: air fry, roast, bake, grill, reheat and dehydrate. The touchscreen lets you set the temperature up to 205 °C and the cooking time up to 1 hour, and settings can be saved for future use. The progress bar and notifications guide you throughout cooking.

The baskets and their accessories have a PFOA- and BPA-free PTFE non-stick coating. The removable parts are dishwasher-safe, although hand washing is recommended. The appliance includes overheat protection and automatic shut-off.
