I was applying several coats at the same time, when you should actually apply one coat, wait for it to dry completely, and then apply the second coat. When you apply the first coat, it looks like it has no effect, but once it dries, it looks sandblasted.....

    Very good product for allowing light to pass through but not being transparent.
    Indeed, it dries easily.
    Be careful with the distance, if it is too close it leaves round marks that are not easily covered. From a moderate distance, it is very good. Try it out and when you find the spot, pass it calmly and from the same distance.

Instructions for use: The surface must be clean, completely free of grease, and dry. Cover surfaces that are not to be painted. Use DUPLI-COLOR Plastic Primer on plastic parts. Shake the container for 3 minutes and perform a test spray. The ideal spraying distance is approximately 25 cm. Spray several thin layers. Do not spray on surfaces varnished with synthetic paint. To improve scratch resistance, you can apply one layer of DUPLI-COLOR Zapon Spray. Note that this step makes the effect more transparent.

  • Hazardous ingredients: Hydrocarbons, C6-C7, n-alkanes, isoalkanes, cyclic.
  • Hazard statements: Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurized container. May burst if heated. Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye irritation. May cause drowsiness or dizziness. Harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects.
  • Precautionary statements: If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not spray near an open flame or other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not breathe spray. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °C. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations.

Supplementary statements: Explosive mixtures may form without adequate ventilation.

Supplementary information: The benzene content (EINECS no. 200-753-7) in the ingredients is less than 0.1% (Note P, Annex 1A of EU Regulation 1272/2008), therefore no classification as carcinogenic is required.
