Package of 90 gr. containing crushed sweet red peppers (sweet bukovo). When the sweet peppers ripen and turn red, they are harvested and sent to the dryer to be dehydrated. Then they are crushed to produce the spice known as sweet bukovo.

Sweet bukovo pairs wonderfully with:

• All grilled dishes
• Salads
• Soups
• Stews

It adds a very nice flavor and color wherever it is used. Origin: Greece, Imathia Prefecture.

Store in a dark and cool place (5°C – 15°C).
