Recommended Use:
- Bath: Add 250g of magnesium flakes (about 2 cups) to each bath. Relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount for a more intensive experience.
- Footbath: Add 150g of magnesium flakes (about 1 cup) to approximately 5 liters of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
