Epoxy Resin Concrete Paint SOLIDPAINT 4.9l

Two-component, fast-drying, epoxy primer/surface paint, cured with polyamine, colored with zinc phosphor.

Applications:

Main features of the paint:

• Fast drying
• Very high resistance to chemical agents, including acids, alkalis, gasoline, and diesel solutions
• Very high resistance to mechanical impacts
• Moisture resistant
• Resistant to flammable substances
• Resistant to temperatures up to 120°C
• Increased resistance to scratches
• Resistant to aggressive urban, marine, and industrial atmospheres
• Can be used as a temporary protective primer
• Good adhesion to steel and galvanized steel

Concrete painting instructions:

PRIMING

The first layer is SolidPaint 202 with Solid Thinner 92.

Ratios per primer for an area of approximately 10m²:

• Volume:
• BASE – 1 liter
• HARDENER – 0.085 liters
• THINNER – 0.4 liters
• Weight:
• BASE – 1500g
• HARDENER – 83g
• THINNER – 360g

THE ACTUAL COAT

Only SolidPaint 202 is applied for the subsequent layers. The base and hardener should be mixed at a ratio of 100:8.5.

1 LITER OF BASE CONTAINS 0.085 LITER OF HARDENER

One package is sufficient to paint up to 10m² of floor, ready to use with a thickness of 200 microns.

CAUTION! Paint performance depends on the absorbency of the concrete and the protection thickness.

To achieve the floor finish shown in the images:

• Sprinkle the decorative SOLID flakes on the freshly painted suitable layer.
• Wait 8 hours.
• Cover the entire surface with the polyurethane Sigmadur Clearcoat.

The colors in the color chart are previews and may vary slightly from the actual colors due to screen/smartphone resolution.

Color: medium gray

On larger surfaces, the color may appear lighter.

In enclosed and poorly ventilated areas, mask use is recommended due to the solvent's volatile odor.

Use of a mask with ABE1P3 filters is recommended.
