    The Arctic P12 Pro A-RGB are very good. With ~6.9 mmH₂O, they are the best in static pressure for someone looking to replace the fans of an existing AIO. Their only drawback is that they produce a lot of dB above ~70% of their performance. Since I tried them and equipped my system with them (purely due to cost), I do not face any problems because with the appropriate fan curves (on side – rear – bottom fans) they work in combination and even under demanding conditions they do not exceed 2000 to 2300 RPM, where any noise is acceptable (of course, this is subjective and depends on each person). In any case, in a usage model with PPT, TDC & EDC at reasonable levels and with proper fan curves, there is no issue at all. Their performance in a system with 2 x Rear, 3 x Bottom, 3 x on the AIO (replacement), and 3 x AIO Fans (which were replaced as Side Fans), the temperatures of the Ryzen X3D processor do not exceed 64-66 degrees Celsius even under the most demanding conditions.
