Spray Paint - Instructions for Use
- Remove rust and dirt. The surface must be clean, dry, and free from grease.
- Cover areas that will not be painted.
- Apply a white primer, e.g. DUPLI-COLOR Primer white (not on polystyrene surfaces).
- Before use, shake the can for 3 minutes. Test the spray on an inconspicuous area.
- Spray from a distance of 12–15 cm with several thin layers. Do not spray on surfaces painted with synthetic resin varnish.
Warnings
- Hazard: Dangerous ingredients include acetone, n-Butyl acetate ethylester, 2-methoxy-1-methylethyl acetate.
- Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurized container. May burst when heated.
- Causes serious eye irritation. May cause drowsiness or dizziness.
Safety Notes
- If medical advice is needed, have the product container or label at hand.
- Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking.
- Do not spray near open flame or other ignition sources. Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
- Do not inhale vapors. Protect from sunlight.
- Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °C.
- Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations.
Additional Statements
- EUH066: Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking.
- Without adequate ventilation, explosive mixtures may form.
- The benzene content (EINECS Number: 200-753-7) in the ingredients is less than 0.1%, therefore classification as carcinogenic is not required.
