I put it in an Opel Astra H 1.4 16v from 2004 petrol, previously it had cheap mineral oil from Lidl 10w-40 and with a delayed oil change (14,000 km), the car for the past 3 days feels heavier to drive but runs smoother and quieter. In this particular model, the thermostat opens at 99°C and as a result, the water temperature reaches up to 104-105°C with an outside temperature of 35°C in summer, while the previous oil would reach a max of 99°C, the fan would turn on and lower the temperature faster. Now with the 5w-40 it takes about 10 minutes longer to bring it down to 89-90°C. The next oil change I will do will be with 5w-30 from the same company because I hear the best things about it and its temperature range suits the climate of Cyprus where I live!

I have seen an improvement in fuel economy, before it was mixed at 4.5-5.0L/100km and now it is at 3.6-4.0L/100km (it may be a placebo effect). When I reach 5000km I will EDIT if the oil level has dropped, before I had ENEOS and at 5000km it had dropped to half.
The dealership in Chania adds additives and the user manual says not to. I don't know what oil they use there.
I used the ENEOS oil without additives at a private mechanic.
EDIT. After 2000km the level has dropped to halfway. So for me, it doesn't work

After using 5w30, I switched to 5w40 top tec 4100 as it will provide better protection due to difficult driving conditions. As a company, it is not premium but reliable. The noise is reduced and I can say it works smoother. Usually, I also add LM's mos2 additive.

I have seen an improvement in fuel economy, before it was mixed at 4.5-5.0L/100km and now it is at 3.6-4.0L/100km (it may be a placebo effect). When I reach 5000km I will EDIT if the oil level has dropped, before I had ENEOS and at 5000km it had dropped to half.
The dealership in Chania adds additives and the user manual says not to. I don't know what oil they use there.
I used the ENEOS oil without additives at a private mechanic.
EDIT. After 2000km the level has dropped to halfway. So for me, it doesn't work

After using 5w30, I switched to 5w40 top tec 4100 as it will provide better protection due to difficult driving conditions. As a company, it is not premium but reliable. The noise is reduced and I can say it works smoother. Usually, I also add LM's mos2 additive.

Very good oil. I put it in a Kia Ceed 1.4 109 ps. At first, I used to put 10/40 liqui moly again for 140000km, now I use this and I noticed a smoother sound of operation both cold and hot, lower consumption, better engine performance, zero oil consumption, and it maintains its characteristics until the change I make at 7500km.

Στην αρχή του έβαζα 10/40 πάλι liqui moly για 140000km,τωρα βάζω αυτό και παρατήρησα πιο βελούδινο ήχο λειτουργίας και κρύο και ζεστό, μικρότερη κατανάλωση, καλύτερο στροφαρισμα το μοτέρ, μηδενική κατανάλωση λαδιού και διατηρεί τα χαρακτηριστικά του μέχρι την αλλαγή που κάνω στα 7500km.

I put it in an Opel Astra H 1.4 16v from 2004 petrol, previously it had cheap mineral oil from Lidl 10w-40 and with a delayed oil change (14,000 km), the car for the past 3 days feels heavier to drive but runs smoother and quieter. In this particular model, the thermostat opens at 99°C and as a result, the water temperature reaches up to 104-105°C with an outside temperature of 35°C in summer, while the previous oil would reach a max of 99°C, the fan would turn on and lower the temperature faster. Now with the 5w-40 it takes about 10 minutes longer to bring it down to 89-90°C. The next oil change I will do will be with 5w-30 from the same company because I hear the best things about it and its temperature range suits the climate of Cyprus where I live!
Το έβαλα σε Opel Astra H 1.4 16v του 2004 βενζίνη, προηγουμένως είχε φθηνό ορυκτέλαιο του lidl 10w-40 και με καθυστέρηση στην αλλαγή του (14.000 χλμ), το αμάξι εδώ και 3 ημέρες φαίνεται πιο βαρύ οδηγικά αλλά πάει και πιο στρωτά πιο αθόρυβα, στο συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο ο θερμοστάτης ανοίγει στους 99°C Και αυτό έχει ως αποτέλεσμα η θερμοκρασία νερού να φτάνει έως τους 104-105°C με εξωτερική θερμοκρασία στους 35° καλοκαίρι, ενώ το προηγούμενο λαδι ανέβαζε max μέχρι 99°, άναβε το βεντιλατερ και κατέβαζε γρηγορότερα την θερμοκρασία του, τώρα με το 5w-40 αργεί ~10 λεπτά να κατεβάσει στους 89-90°
Η επόμενη αλλαγή που θα κάνω θα είναι στο 5w-30 της ίδιας εταιρίας διότι ακούω τα καλύτερα και ταιριάζουν οι θερμοκρασίες του με το κλίμα της Κύπρου ώπου και βρίσκομαι.!
